Hide Unmapped

GL Trees files in the Entrata XML Parser now have a Hide Unmapped checkbox. It starts checked.

  • Accounts named Unmapped, UNMAPPED, or unmapped are left out of the list.
  • Other accounts stay, including names that only contain that word, such as Unmapped Expense.
  • Uncheck it to show those accounts again.
  • The checkbox only appears for GL Trees files.

Entrata XML Parser

A new Entrata XML Parser page is in the menu. Upload a Location XML or GL Trees XML file, then search the results and copy the codes you need.

  • Drop a file on the upload area, or choose one. The page reads Location XML and GL Trees XML.
  • Search by vendor, property, code, or ID. For location files, filter the list to a single property.
  • Location files open on Vendor Locations. Each card shows the vendor name, location name, location ID, vendor ID, and assigned properties. Copy Loc ID and Copy Vendor ID copy those values.
  • The Properties tab lists each property name and property ID. Copy Property ID copies that ID.
  • A GL Trees file lists each account with its name, GL code, account number, group type, and group location. Copy GL Code and Copy Account # copy those values.
  • Copy buttons stay gray until you click one. The clicked button turns green while the value is on the clipboard.

Remove spaces

The Comma List Generator now has a Remove spaces switch on the Formatted Output card. It controls whether a space is kept after each comma.

  • Off by default. Pasted controls are joined with a comma and a space, such as ajx10129293, ajx39585904, ajx0192383.
  • On, those spaces are removed, so the same list becomes ajx10129293,ajx39585904,ajx0192383.
  • Turning the switch on or off updates the formatted output immediately.
  • Copy and Auto-Copy both use the format currently shown.
  • The choice is saved in the browser and stays on after a reload.
